I can definitely do custom fits, special requests for certain colors and beads (If available), and can do some simple personalization like letter beads, birthstone-colored crystals, or small zodiac charms.
I use beads that are glass, pressed resin, ceramic, natural stone, metal and shell. I use alloy-based metals, copper, acid-patina metals, and sterling silver. I also use ethically-sourced feathers, leather and fur, faux fur, beading elastic, beading thread, hemp thread, metal memory wire and beading wire.
The best way to care for jewelry is to either hang it so as not to bend any dangles or put it in a jewelry box. A light wipe-down with a dry tissue or a soft, dry paint brush will remove any dust that may build up after not wearing it for a while. I would not wear any of the pieces in the water except for the clay heishi beads. They are surf & sand friendly!

Handmade jewelry can be delicate. Thread and elastic can stretch out and break, beads can come loose, or findings can come apart.
Please contact me, as soon as possible, with any problems that may arise and I will gladly do repairs, exchanges, or returns.
I use the USPS and will ALWAYS use the tracking system provided at the post office. And you will receive an email copy of the purchase and tracking number.
I only ship within the United States, for now. Shipping usually takes a week depending on the season. If I have to special order beads or make a special piece, the time can vary. In those cases, I will keep you well-notified.
As for now, I am only taking PayPal.
